Our professional funeral directors are responsible for arranging and conducting the entire funeral service in consultation with the family. This service includes:

• Transfer of the deceased to the funeral home (a 24-hour service)
• Dignified mortuary care
• Private family viewing at one of our chapels
• Registration of death
• Liaison with clergy, civil celebrants etc
• Liaison with your chosen cemetery or crematorium
• Placement of newspaper notices
• Liaison with singer / musician / organists
• Liason with florists
• Liaison with caterers


In addition to our service fee, disbursements generally include payments for:

• Registered death certificate
• Doctor’s Medical Cremation Certificate
• Newspaper notices
• Casket
• Flowers
• Clergy fees
• Memorial book and cards

• Order of Service booklets
• Singer or musicians
• Catering
• Grave cross
• Professional photography and/or filming
• Scattering of ashes at a special place
• Any other special family requests

Many people choose to plan their own funerals in advance, giving them the opportunity to tailor their funeral to meet their own personal needs and wishes.
